Crispy Brussel Sprouts

The best way to get anyone to eat Brussel Sprouts is to make them as crispy as possible. Enough said.



  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • Honey
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper



  1. Slice brussel sprouts in half.
  2. Cover a cooking tray with a layer of oil and place into an oven at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover your brussel sprouts with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and honey.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and arrange the brussel sprouts cut side down.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Toss with more honey and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
